Remote monitoring in Primary Care

Remote monitoring in Primary Care

Supporting primary care professionals to confidently support their patients in using remote monitoring technology.

To guide future development of UCLPartners tools and training resources to support the proactive care frameworks and use of remote monitoring, we conducted a short qualitative review with several primary care staff. This review used an online survey, focus groups and in-depth interviews to generate rich data from a variety of primary care staff working in four Integrated Care Systems (ICS): north east London (NEL), north central London (NCL), Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

This report presents the findings of this project with some recommendations for training content, structure, and design to support the development of the required resources under UCLP’s Proactive care @Home programme.
