Helen England Appointed as Chair of Care City’s Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen England as the new Chair of our Board of Directors.

Helen brings a wealth of experience in health and social care, with a career spanning over 30 years across the NHS, private and voluntary sectors. As Chief Executive of Brandon Trust, she leads efforts to support people with learning disabilities and autism, championing innovation and inclusivity in care.

Helen’s leadership experience includes serving as a Trustee, Vice-Chair and Chair for various charitable organisations. Her deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in health and social care, alongside her commitment to collaboration and community-driven solutions, makes her an excellent fit to guide Care City’s strategic direction.
