Mikey Roche

Mikey is a Project Director and Organisation Designer by trade with circa 10 years experience delivering transformation across public, private and third sector organisations. Mikey’s educational background is rooted in people science, and his subject matter expertise focusses on the links between how organisations operate and their strategic and policy intent.  He has led a number of transformation projects across these specialisms and a diverse range of policy areas; including health & care, housing and education. 

Mikey joined Care City as Transformation Director, and takes a lead role in relationship management for large and complex projects/programmes of work. Bringing expertise, skills and tools in case making and change management. 

Prior to joining Care City, Mikey was an Organisation Design Lead at TPXImpact, responsible for leading service and organisation design re-structurings across charities, health and social care organisations, local and central government. Mikey has delivered these transformation projects  across multiple UK charities, local authorities and central Government bodies. Before this, Mikey worked for Deloitte Ireland as an Organisation Design and Change Consultant.

When I’m not doing any of the above, I’m normally reading, running, hanging out with my dog, tying my shoe laces (never fully learned the skill), or when the mood strikes – reality TV.
